Shopping at Arts, crafts & hobbies.
To order art supplies and other products from the website please follow the online ordering process. If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order please Email me. Once you have placed your order on line I will Email you to confirm that I have received it and inform you of the dispatch date.
Prices. The prices shown on the website are the price you pay, there is no additional cost.The majority of the items on the site I have in stock but some items I have to order. Items like expensive brushes or artist's paints for example I order as required. It only takes me two to three days to receive orders. It may occasionally happen that a multiple order for an item is received on the same day resulting in the item going out of stock. If you have ordered an item that has gone out of stock I will inform you. This usually means I will not be able to dispatch the item for three days. Should this happen I will keep you informed of the progress.
Payment.
I am currently using business Papal to process orders on the site. There is also the facility to print an order off and send it to me through the post if you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order. The next phase of the site will see payment options increased.
Shipping I deliver goods to destinations within and outside the UK. I dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving payment, if for some reason this is not possible I will inform you. Most of the time delivery will reach you within 2 to 3 days. For customers ordering from mainland Europe please allow 5 to 10 days. I aim to achieve all deliveries within these timescales but I cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you have not received your goods within a reasonable timescale please contact me. I am committed to total customer satisfaction and will do everything to ensure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
Returns.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any product, you have purchased from me please Email me. I am happy to accept the product back in its original packaging. I will give you a full refund and reimburse you for any postage costs you have incurred. I offer a “no arguments” returns policy. I want you to have total peace of mind when purchasing from my site.

When you place an order, I collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number. I do not collect your bank or credit card details. Registering with the website is simply a fraud prevention method. I do not release any of your information to a third party. I will not send you unsolicited emails. Shipping Costs I do not pretend to offer you free shipping then factor the cost into the price. I use Royal mail for all my postage and the prices reflect their charges.
